Reiki Healing is a non-invasive healing technique using the universal life force to help promote relaxation and natural healing.

How does Crystal Therapy work?
Crystal Therapy harnesses the energy of crystals to promote healing and balance in the body. Our practitioners will work with you to create a customized treatment plan based on your needs and goals.

Can Reiki be done remotely?

Yes, energy is not limited by distance. 

How long does a Reiki session last?

In total 50 minutes with 10 minute introduction at the beginning of a session to discuss clients healing outcomes and expectation of session following the introduction, the initial healing sessions take about 30 minutes. At the end of the session we give about 10 minutes to go over your experience and answer any questions you may have regarding your session. 

Does Reiki involve touching?

Traditional Reiki can be both done with or without physically touching a client 

What are some things you may experience during a session?

You may feel warmth, tingling, cold sensations or even gurgling of the stomach.

Does Reiki cure disease?

No Reiki cannot cure diseases however, it can help promote relaxation and natural healing.
